  As always, thank you for being part of this developing journey with us.

  To bring you a better gaming experience, we will be conducting server maintenance from 2:00-4:00AM PST on January 18th for bug fixes and game optimizations. Make sure you're prepared for the server downtime. We genuinely appreciate your patience and unwavering support!

 

 [Optimized: Obtaining Starchroms]

Based on your feedback, we have made adjustments to the ways you can obtain Starchroms. We have also increased the Starchrom output from PvE gameplay and improved the mechanics for Echo Stone purification.

1. Starchrom output from purifying Lv. 1/2/3 Ectopic Gray Matter has been changed from 30/40/50 to 70/85/100; Starchrom output from purifying Echo Stone Ⅰ/Ⅱ/Ⅲ/Ⅳ has been changed to 100/120 /150/180;  the Ancient One drop now contains two Echo Stones.

2. Ways to acquire Ectopic Gray Matter has been expanded. You can now acquire it by clearing Foggy Zones, and completing Side Quests and Exploration Tasks. Moreover, you now have a higher chance of obtaining Ectopic Gray Matter by battling Elite enemies or participating in Public Crisis Events.

3. Formulas for Lv. 2 and Lv.3 Ectopic Gray Matter need to be unlocked via Memetics-Intermediate Syntho Tech and Advanced Syntho Tech respectively.

 

[Optimized: Game Visuals]

1. Improved the light and shadow performance of the big world scene at night

2. Added VFX when submitting Coordinates to activate the Rift Anchor.

3. Improved the lighting performance in various weather conditions, such as rainy, foggy, and cloudy.

4. Fine-tuned the the Cradle's yellow light.

5. Refined the lighting of the Secure Unit, and the graphics and VFX for the Disco Ball Deviation.

6. Optimized the Flamethrower Trap's VFX.

7. Optimized the prize overview interface for the Wish Machine.

8. Improved the display of floating damage numbers, making it easier to see the damage dealt to larger enemies.

 

[Optimized: Combat Experience]

1.Adjusted the cradle effect:

2. Increased the base DMG of Lv.1 and Lv.2 Rifle Turret and Shortgun Turret.

3. Modified the DMG and HP composition of Tactical Items, such as Grenades and Incendiary Blast. Now, a higher Psi Intensity enables these items to inflict more damage.

4. Adjusted the 4-piece suit effects of Falcon suit and Heavy suit. Now they will provide bonus effects of abnormal genres.

5. Psi Intensity will now increase as the character levels up.

6. Increased the damage of burning and frost vortex. Now triggering burning and frost vortex will also receive the bonus of own damage.

7. You will no longer lose Armor or Weapons when defeated by other players.

8. During wartime, you are now unable to demolish Defensive Installations your party built in the Frontier.

 

[Optimized: Character Control]

1. The forward swing for rolling is now less likely to be interrupted by incoming melee attacks.

2. Optimized melee slash mechanics. You can now launch attacks based on the direction of the target.

3. Improved the speed of slashing, allowing for quicker attacks.

4. Melee heavy attacks will no longer be interrupted by incoming attacks from enemies.
 

[Optimized: Items and their effects]

1. Adjusted the "Predatory Instinct" whim effect, allowing you to have control over entering and exiting stealth mode.

2. Adjusted the mechanism of entering stealth mode: you can now enter stealth mode when you are out of combat and remain in a crouched position for 3 seconds.

3. Adjusted the mechanism of exiting stealth mode: you will now exit stealth mode upon being spotted by an enemy, engaging in combat, initiating an attack or being attacked, interacting with facilities, or operating vehicles.

 

[Optimized: Interactive Experience]

1. After changing weapons in the equipment interface, you will directly switch to holding the current weapon.

2. You can now pick up all scraps within a specific range.

3. Both Move and Jump are now required for the character to Vault or Climb. To change this mechanic, go to Settings.

4. Added Auto Gather, enabling you to press the Interact key once and continue logging/mining until the target breaks. To disable this feature, go to Settings.

 

[Optimized: Survival Experience]

1. Mature crops in the territory will no longer wither.

2. Items in the water tank can now be used in crafting.

3. Reduced the slaughter yield of Longnose Gar, and increased that of Northern Pike, Seabass, Salmon and Rainbow Trout.

4. Slightly increased the slaughter yield of animals.

5. Implemented new status effects "Filled Up" and "Hydrated." When your Energy/Hydration levels are at 100, these effects prevent any natural loss of Energy/Hydration for 20 minutes. However, the effects will disappear if you experience any other causes of Energy or Hydration loss.

6. slower Energy and Hydration loss when you are in your Territory, at your Campsite, or in Survival Settlements.

 

[Optimized: World Exploration Experience]

Adjustments to gameplay in Foggy Zones:

1. You can attempt the Foggy Zone as a team.

2. The difficulty level of the Foggy Zone increases as you progress to more hazardous regions.

3. Enhanced the Gatling Gun in Blackheart Region and Lone Wolf Wastes.

4. Adjusted Gluttony's skill.

5. Added rewards: Ectopic Gray Matter

 

[Optimized: Social Experience]

1. The Warband joining system has been adjusted to accommodate solo players. Now, even if you play solo, you can join a Warband.

2. When registering for the new season, you can send invitations to friends and Hive members; if you are a Warband Mastermind, you can invite the entire Warband to sign up for the new season.

*Before you proceed to the new season, make sure you complete the settlement in the current server.

 

[Optimized: Vehicles]

1. Improved the trailer's speed stats.

2. First-person perspective is now available for motorcycle.

3. Optimized vehicle print preview.

 

[Adjusted: Season Challenges]

1. Modified the purification challenge by removing the difficulty requirement for Lv.15 and Lv.25 purifications.

2. Certain Season Challenges are now easier to complete.

 

[Other Optimizations]

1. The maximum number of logs displayed in the Territory Terminal has been expanded from 50 to 100.

2. Items made with Source are no longer bound.

3.You will no longer be endlessly chased by wild boars.

4. The Burrower will now not only attack your territory from underground but will also emerge above ground.

5. In Hales' Moving House, you can now use Spacetime to detect furniture that contains hidden mind shards.

 

[Bugfixes]

1. Fixed an issue where Shrapnel, Bounce and Unstable Bomber would not be triggered.

2. Fixed an issue where Shrapnel DMG loss due to distance did not take effect.

3. Fixed an issue where the passive of BBQ gloves did not take effect.

4. Fixed an issue where certain Armor set effects did not work as intended.

5. Fixed an issue in Season Challenges where unlocked furniture formulas were not being counted properly.

6. Fixed an issue where re-allocating Ciphers would allow the same furniture formulas to be repeatedly counted.

7. Fixed some localization issues.

8. Fixed an issue where QTE may cause character glitches.

9. Fixed an issue with abnormal Gnawer behaviors.

10. Optimized the loading of STIGMA Securement Silo's gate.

11. Fixed the issue where teleportation to an NPC settlement would not work properly if your territory is nearby that settlement.

12. Fixed the bug that when the durability of the handheld object is 0, there is no damage when stepped on again.

13. Fixed an issue with enemy spawning in the Public Crisis Event "Dig to Hell".

14. Fixed an issue where the character would get stuck when attempting to pick up the same ore multiple times in the Public Crisis Event "Dig to Hell".

15. Fixed an issue where the Slowdown effect would not disappear after the Public Crisis Event "The Dark Side" ends.

16. Optimized Echo Stone purification, Defense Workshop, and enemy's invisibility in The Prime War.

17. Fixed the issue where rewards could not be received using G when entering the instance from the dirty water area.

18. Adjust the abnormally dense generation of collectibles in certain areas of the big world.

19.Fixed an issue where the Wanderer gets stuck.

20.Fixed an issue in the Public Crisis Event "Dig to Hell" where the Arbiter was unable to enter the tunnel.

21. Fixed the issue where the character would be pulled towards objects on the surface while swimming.

22. Fixed some graphic issues with the Wanderer.

23. Fixed an issue with the Gatling Gun in Foggy Zones.

24.Fixed an issue where certain Morphic Crates would not drop loot crates.

25. the spawning locations of certain Morphic Crates to enhance gameplay.

26. Fixed an issue where Deviations could not be secured.

27. Fixed an issue with Hales' Moving House where there were four destructible objects instead of the intended three.

28. Fixed an issue where the Staroid Restrainer cannot be placed properly.

29. Modified the recommended level for LEA Research Lab to Lv. 50.

30. Fixed an issue with the Quest Murmurs in the Forest where the quest status didn't change properly.

31. Fixed an issue with the Updraft Cannon icon in Memetics.

32. Fixed an issue where items in the water tank cannot be used for crafting.

33. Fixed an issue with incorrect weight display.

34. Fixed an issue where items stored in the refrigerator were spoiling too quickly.

35. Fixed an issue where the grow light did not work.
